• In a glass add two spoons of Green Tea leaves
• Take one glass of water in a bowl and boil the water.
• Pour this hot water in the green tea leaves and close with a lid.
• Leave it for 2 minutes, filter the water and drink

• Take 2 spoons of Green Tea leaves In a glass.
• Take 2 spoons of honey In 2nd glass, and squeeze some lemon juice,
